Thank you for considering us for your event! Currently, we are not accepting reservations, private sections, or venue rentals. All seating is always first come first serve; however, there are plenty of areas in the Biergarten for groups to congregate or meet with ample seating.

If you are interested in hosting a group tab, we have several examples of consumption-based offerings listed below.

Please note that we are primarily an outdoor venue and have a limited covered/enclosed area. With limited space to host large groups in the event of inclement weather, we are unable to offer pre-orders for food. We do not offer any drink packages, All group purchases are billed based on consumption. The upside of this, is we don’t require any venue fees, minimum spends, or deposits!

Wrist bands:

Wristbands will be provided upon opening a tab with a credit card (Credit card must be on site). The Point of Contact for your party will distribute wristbands to guests and Starr Hill will run a tab to be closed at the conclusion of your event. This provides an all-you-can-eat or drink option for your guests and allows you the control the budget.

Tickets:

The Point of Contact for your party will be provided tickets for drinks, food, or both by Starr Hill. These will be billed on a consumption basis. You will not be charged for unused tickets; therefore, tickets will not be able to be redeemed after the tab has been closed.

All items are charged the price indicated on our menus. There is no set price per drink or meal ticket. Generally, beers/cocktails/wine range between $6 - $14 with higher prices for premium spirits or special release beers. Food menu items are in the $6 - $19 range. We are unable to offer any group discounts or specialty pricing for events.

Other Information:

• Starr Hill Biergarten strictly prohibits balloons, banners, posters, A-frame signage, streamers, confetti, glitter, sparklers, branded tablecloths, or party favors.

• We do not allow the rental or usage of any AV equipment or access to microphones and or speakers. Any additional speakers or amplifiers including bull horns or megaphones are strictly prohibited.

• Outside food and beverages are prohibited. If you are celebrating an event, we do allow guests to bring cakes, cupcakes, cookies, or a similar small dessert. Due to space constraints, we are unfortunately unable to hold desserts in our coolers.

• All payments must be made using a credit card or cash at the conclusion of your event. We are unable to accept prepayments, payments over the phone, or checks.

• All group tabs are subject to an automatic 20% gratuity.

• We are unable to validate parking or provide prepaid guest parking.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your event if severe weather conditions are imminent, or if we have reason to believe that guest safety could potentially be jeopardized. Examples of severe weather may include, but are not limited to; lightning, high winds (25+ miles per hour), excessive rain, severe cold weather, snow, and ice.

• Our entertainment schedule will vary seasonally and is subject to weather cancellation. All booking is handled in-house, outside booking is prohibited. We are unable to book requested acts for happy hours or events. To view an up-to-date entertainment schedule, please visit our event page.

Parking is available in the retail lot below Wegmans. Use the North or South elevators to access the 11th floor for the Biergarten and Perch.

We have a restaurant on-site. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.

Yes. All well-behaved dogs are welcome. All dogs must be leashed at all times. Please respect the other guests with no excessive barking or growling. No toys or balls are allowed. You are legally responsible for your pet’s behavior.

Yes. We have plenty of non-alcoholic options. Just ask your bartender.

Yes, we welcome all ages to enjoy the Beirgarien and Perch. Kids under 18 are welcome but must always be supervised by an adult 21+. After 9 pm anyone under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian You must be 21+ years of age to consume alcohol.
