Bretta Vista Brett IPA
Our newest brew out of our Pilot Brewery makes its debut at this Earth Day Birthday party! Another release from the foeders in RVA, this beer pours a hazy light golden color with nice white foam. It was conditioned for one year in our American oak foeder with Brettanomyces to bring funky, earthy and subtly spicy flavors and aromas, which pairs well with Vista hops that embody white peach, ripe pear, white grape, honeydew melon, and papaya. Although this beer finishes dry, it has a smooth mouthfeel from oats and wheat malts. This beer is fruity and rustic in all the right ways!
