Valentine’s Day: you either love it or you hate it. Some say it’s an excuse for couples to parade their affections and celebrate capitalism, some treat it like a day of singles’ rebellion. For some, this Valentine’s Day will be Hump day. For others, just another hump day.
Whether you’re single or taken, sporting a keg or a 6-pack: This Valentine’s Day, we encourage you to engage in some self-love! We present a full-body, empowering workout that’s going to get your heart rate up, let you sweat out last night’s beers, and get those feel-good endorphins goin’.
Show your body some love and after you sweat, cool down with a glass of The Love Wheat Beer for a re-up in carbs and electrolytes. Don’t forget to chase it down with some good ol’ H20!
Decide on a number of repetitions for the following exercises and stick with it! Anywhere from 10-25 repetitions (repeating the whole circuit 3 times) will do it.
